Micheal is involved in the firm’s corporate and commercial law practice with particular interests in business establishments, corporate investments, corporate restructuring, and corporate due diligence.  Micheal has been involved in advising a number of local and international clients on a variety of issues relating to commercial transactions, corporate investments and regulatory compliance in business establishment and start-ups, as well as civil litigations before various courts. He has particular experience and interests in working with NGOs, international development organisations and donor funded projects. He is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Madonna University, Okija with a Second Class Honours (Upper Division) and Master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution.
