Nnamdi is the Managing Partner of Frederick & Co. He is a seasoned litigation and transactions lawyer with numerous years of demonstrable professional experience in specialized commercial transactions and disputes across corporate and commercial law, energy law, banking and financial services, PPPs and Infrastructure concessions, aviation law, technology and intellectual property law. He has represented and provided strategic legal advice to a number of private and public sector clients across various sectors. He has a Master of Laws degree in International Business Law from the University of Liverpool. He is also a certified Public- Private Partnership (PPP) Professional and Notary Public of Nigeria.

• Successfully represented global real estate giants and the one of the biggest real estate conglomerates in the United Arab Emirates, DAMAC Group in a multi- million dollar real estate dispute and secured a significant judgement at the Court of Appeal.

• Provided numerous legal representations in court to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and transaction advisory in some of the most specialized financial services transactions including a multi-billion dollar cross currency swap transaction. 

• Involved in advising the NNPC and NPDC on agreements for the development of oil and gas assets and recovery of crude oil revenues.

• Provided legal advice to one of the biggest banks in the United States as local counsel in a lease financing aircraft acquisition deal representing the Nigerian Lessor/Guarantor in the transaction.

• Successfully provided legal representation to various local and international organisations in numerous corporate and commercial litigations, arbitrations and specialized transactions
